The LOOP Z1 10'3" #2 is a lightweight and sensitive fly rod purpose-built for nymphing on rivers and streams. Construction optimised for nymphing

The 2103 is not simply a longer version of a conventional trout rod. LOOP adapted its construction specifically for nymphing. The down-lock reel seat positions the reel closer to the end of the grip and helps balance the longer blank without adding unnecessary strain to the angler's hand.

The stripping guide is positioned closer to the handle to improve the handling of thin fly line or a monofilament leader system. This allows the angler to control line sag more precisely, recover loose line quickly and maintain better contact with the nymphs.

Nano-graphene Z Series blank

The blank uses high-modulus carbon fibres combined with nano-graphene resin. This construction creates a lightweight rod with clean recovery, high sensitivity and the strength required for regular use on the river.
