According to Slovak law no. 102/2014 Coll. on consumer protection, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

Conditions for Returns

• The product must be in its original condition – unused and undamaged.
• All original packaging and accessories should be included (if possible).
• The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Important: Please do not send parcels via cash on delivery (COD) — such shipments will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, the payment will be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, no later than 14 days after receiving the returned items.
