In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days. For orders containing multiple items, the withdrawal period starts on the day the last item of the order is delivered.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in a condition appropriate for normal inspection and testing.
• If possible, we recommend returning the item together with all accessories and the original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled until they have been fulfilled (shipped). If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation through your customer account or contact us by email at thymallus@thymallus.com.

How to Return an Item

You can easily create a return request through your customer account: Go to your customer account and create a return request

1. Sign in to your customer account and create a return request.
2. If you do not have a customer account or need assistance, please contact us at thymallus@thymallus.com.
3. Once your request has been approved, send the goods to:

Please note: Cash on delivery (COD) shipments will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or after you provide proof that the goods have been shipped back, in accordance with applicable laws.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in cases specified by applicable law, particularly for goods made or modified according to the customer's individual requirements.
