2. Subject of Sale

The store offers physical goods such as fly fishing rods, reels, lines, accessories, and other related products. Sales are primarily intended for customers within the European Union.

3. Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – available only for orders within Slovakia.
• Bank Transfer – commonly used for international orders. Payment details will be sent after order confirmation.
• Payment Gateway – currently not active.

4. Order Process

After submitting an order, the customer will receive an automatic confirmation email. The seller will then verify the product’s availability and manually confirm the order. Payment is required only after this confirmation.

5. Shipping

• Packeta – pickup point or home delivery.
• Slovak Post – standard postal delivery.
• In-store Pickup – available at our store in Ružomberok.

Orders shipped outside Slovakia are dispatched only after payment is received. Cash on delivery is not available for international shipments.

6. Unfulfilled Orders

The seller reserves the right not to fulfill an order if the product is unavailable or if payment is not received. Customers who repeatedly fail to collect COD parcels may have their future orders restricted.

7. Withdrawal and Returns

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and complete with all accessories. Please contact us via e-mail before returning any goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

8. Complaints and Warranty

Complaints are handled in accordance with Slovak Law No. 250/2007 Coll. on Consumer Protection. If you find a defect in the product, please contact us at thymallus@thymallus.com.
