Hotfly Float Dry Powder Pro 30 ml is a fine hygroscopic powder designed to quickly remove moisture from dry flies. After a fly becomes waterlogged or after landing a fish, it helps dry the fly again and restore its natural ability to float on the surface.

Using it is simple. There is no need to cut the fly off the leader – place it into the container, close the lid and shake for a few seconds. The powder absorbs moisture from the fly and gets it ready for the next cast.

Suitable for delicate CDC flies

Float Dry Powder Pro is also suitable for sensitive flies tied with CDC feathers. It removes moisture without unnecessary mechanical stress on the delicate fibres and helps preserve their natural structure.

The wide opening makes it easy to insert even bulkier dry-fly patterns. After drying, simply blow off any excess powder or remove it with a few false casts.

For longer-lasting flotation

Dry Powder is primarily designed to dry the fly. Once dry, you can apply another floatant such as Hotfly Float Shield Powder, Float Gel Pro or Float Spray Pro to improve and extend flotation.
