This premium shooting head series was created in cooperation between FFE and Scientific Anglers for European anglers targeting salmon and sea trout. The Float / Sink 5 model combines a powerful taper, highly visible HI-VIZ tracer, Seamless Density sinking technology and Shooting Texture surface, allowing you to fish your fly deeper, more stable and at a precise presentation angle.
The goal was to build a “badass fishing tool” capable of handling thousands of casts during a season while still fishing extremely effectively. This head provides a more aggressive swing angle, superb current control and ideal fly presentation at greater depth.
