Hends BL164 – Barbless Jig Hook
Hends BL164 is a thin and strong fly hook with a Black Nickel finish, derived from the proven BL404 model. During its development, the focus was on combining delicacy with high strength, especially for use with fine tippets. Compared to the BL404, this hook has a slightly modified shape, an extended point, and 20% increased strength, ensuring reliable hook penetration and secure fish holding.
This jig hook is ideal for tying nymphs, pupae, and jig patterns. In combination with tungsten slotted bead heads, the hook naturally swims with the point facing upward, minimizing snagging on the bottom. The Black Nickel finish provides durability and an elegant look. Hends hooks are the result of years of development and testing with leading Czech fly fishermen.
