Hends BL164G – Gold Jig Hook
Hends BL164G is a thin yet strong gold fly hook, derived from the successful BL404 model. During its development, the focus was on combining delicacy with high strength – especially for use with fine tippets. Compared to the BL404, this hook has a slightly modified shape, an extended point, and 20% increased strength, ensuring reliable hook-ups and secure holding of the fish.
This jig hook is ideally combined with tungsten slotted bead heads, which keep the hook point facing upward. This minimizes snagging on the riverbed and makes it an excellent choice for tying nymphs, pupae, and jig patterns. Hends hooks are the result of many years of development and testing in cooperation with leading Czech fly fishermen.
